My client who re based in Slough have a vacancy for a Production Administrator.
Paying around £25k + package.
Overview:
 Ensure that the current production information is provided in an accurate, concise and timely way to the point of use. The involves creation, maintenance and improvement of all information (reports and graphs) for external and internal consumptions to allow reviews and reporting of the site KPIs and other metrics in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
• Inputting data accurately and efficiently using Microsoft AX
• Supporting the generation of documents for the business
• Generate and update all production KPIs Specific tasks:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards of documentation.
• Provide the timely provision of information, owning the updating of reporting media (notice boards, reports, etc).
• Collate all information associated with the provision of data to internal and external customers.
• Provide information in the technical and engineering functions as required.
• Support the production in updating of key operating instructions to be displayed and available at the point of use.
• Support the operating systems within production.
• Support all PO requirements of the production department.
• Provide quality resource and support to the production teams.
• Provide information and analysis of data as directed by the team.
• Manage own workload identifying improvements and issues.
• Support production supervisors & managers as required. • Support QA as required. • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. • Any other reasonable requirements required by the business.
