Experienced Machine Operators required for a leading manufacturing company based in Slough area having experience in operating Lamination Machines.
Location : Slough
Pay Rate : (Apply online only) Plus 33% shift allowance
Shift Timings : 3 rotating shifts
Mon-Fri 05:45 - 14:15, 13:45 - 22:15, 21:45 - 06:15 OR
Mon - Wed - 18.00 - 06.00, Monday - Thursday 06.00 - 18.00, depending on the business need.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Operating all machinery in an efficient and safe manner
* Running and maintaining the production of extrusion and coating lamination, including printing, ensuring all safety and quality procedures are followed whilst remaining on track with the production plan.
* Professional set-up, operation, and monitoring of the laminating machine for the production of multi-layer composites.
* Maintenance, cleaning of the laminating machine
* Slitting material produced from the laminators and extrusion machines into tapes as per the customer requirement, following strict quality procedures.
* Support and help in the cross-training of other team members.
* Preparation of all materials for laminating application and control.
* Ensuring that all company driven SOPs and instructions are followed.
