Job: Procurement and Pricing Coordinator
Location: Slough
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Our client is an international company who are looking for a candidate who is responsible for accurately inputting, updating and maintaining various data sets along with processing orders for customers.
Your main duties will include:
- Customer set up including entry of all relative and required data for each customer / order
- Produce accurate quotations based on items purchased based on the original quotation and matching invoice.
- Ensure all mandatory documents are correct and are uploaded into the back-office system
- Input and progression of order into system to enable 'live’ status
- Effectively manage customer, colleague and supplier relationships
- Management of large sets of data and data analysis
- Support customer complaints and manage queries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Computer literate with good understanding of all Microsoft Office packages including Excel
- Good level of numerical understanding and accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
