This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a market leading contractor specialising in multi storey car park build across the UK, offering huge career progression opportunities and encouraged training and support alongside a generous salary.

This well-established contractor are market leaders within the multi storey car park construction sector offering a full design, production and build of systemised steel car park structures. Originating from Europe, they have capitalised on the UK market in the last 15 years, working across England, Scotland and Wales and pride themselves on the quality of their work and service. Now due to company growth they are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

In this role you will be predominantly site based across the UK with frequent visits to the Slough office, therefore you must be willing to travel on a regular basis. You will be both site and office based and be responsible for management of JCT contracts, valuations, variations, liaising with clients and subcontractors, placing orders, final accounts, project reporting and serving contract notices.

This role is suited to a highly motivated professional with Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry who is proactive, enthusiastic and looking to progress their career to Senior level and above. Full UK licence and willingness to travel is essential.
