We are working with a Tier 1 national contractor who need an experienced Senior Qs to join and initially help on an new major scheme in Oxfordshire before working on several new opportunities across the Reading and Oxford areas.

The project is a 55 million new build office scheme including hi spec fit out.

The scheme is on site now and due to finish late 2025 so there is an opportunity join now and start procurement of the final major packages and then you will be running the scheme from a commercial perspective.

The role will be to work with the design and delivery teams to ensure the scheme is delivered on time and to budget to a client that has potentially 2 or 3 more schemes to follow on in a negotiated format should this be a success. You will be working alongside and managing a Project and Assistant level QS on site and have overview and responsibility for the commercial health of the projects including managing sub contract packages, procurement of materials and plant, remeasure, valuations, payments, managing variation accounts, forecasting, CVR's etc.
