SALES NEGOTIATOR - ESTATE AGENT - SLOUGH - UP TO £18K BASIC DOE , UP TO £30K OTE DOE

A successful Independent estate agent in Slough are looking to employ a Sales Negotiator to join their team.

BASIC SALARY UP TO £18k DOE + UP TO £30K OTE DOE

Key Skills:

• Excellent written and communication skills
• The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own
• Strong organisational skills
• Happy to take the initiative
• Confident in dealing with clients
• Good telephone manner

The role will also involve:

• Dealing with enquiries
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Booking appointments
• Calling out
• Negotiating
• Carrying out viewings
• Booking market appraisals
• Updating and maintaining websites
• General office administration.
• Sales Progressing

To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence and use of a car.
