If you have no Valuation experience training will be provided for the right candidate. You must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner. Salary package and benefits for the Sales Negotiator position include:
- Basic £20,000-£22,000 depending on experience
- OTE £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
- £2,500+ extra for referral fees

- Must have experience as a Sales Negotiator within the Property Industry

The role of the Sales Negotiator will entail:
- Meeting with clients
- Assessing buyers & Sellers particular needs
- Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
- Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales
- Promoting properties via different mediums
