Experienced Property Manager within Thames Valley Area!

Our client is expanding their team and seeking a Property Manager. Working within their boutique office, you should have a good understanding of the lettings industry and preferably be working towards your ARLA qualification.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties. This includes handling tenant inquiries, coordinating property maintenance and repairs, conducting regular property inspections, and deposit returns. You will also be assisting with marketing properties, the progression of new tenancies, and handling renewals.

  • Experience in property management
  • Knowledge of local property market and regulations
