We are seeking an organised and diligent experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be personable, customer-focused, and committed to upholding our values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Management: Oversee and manage both scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained and issues are promptly addressed.
  • Inspections: Conduct mid-term inspections to assess property conditions and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
  • Check-Outs and Inventories: Organise check-outs and inventories, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions between tenancies.
  • Contractor Coordination: Liaise with contractors to obtain quotations, issue work orders, and manage invoices. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Compliance: Ensure properties comply with all relevant regulations, including Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), gas safety certificates, and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).
  • Deposit Disputes: Handle deposit disputes efficiently, ensuring fair resolutions in accordance with tenancy agreements and legal requirements.
  • Tenancy Paperwork: Organise and manage all tenancy paperwork, including agreements, renewals, and notices.
  • Legal Notices: Serve section notices as required, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and timelines.
  • Landlord Support: Assist landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals, providing expert advice and support.
  • General Duties: Perform other general Property Manager duties as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in property management is essential, with a strong understanding of the industry and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • IT Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and property management software.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of property management.
