We are seeking a dedicated and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team, providing exceptional front-of-house support and administrative assistance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, handling telephone and in-person queries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records using administrative systems.
  • Supporting the school team with organisational tasks and assisting with day-to-day office duties.
  • Ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception area that reflects the school’s values.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in reception and administration, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Knowledge of SIMS or previous experience working in a school environment (advantageous but not essential).
