Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Schedule and manage service, MOT and repair appointments, coordinating with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions, and address any customer inquiries or concerns (Full Training provided).
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area, creating a positive first impression for our customers.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing paperwork, maintaining computer records, and processing customer payments.
Qualifications:
- Well-presented appearance, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with good attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Previous experience in a service centre/car dealership, in a receptionist role is preferred.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to provide highest levels of service to our customers.
