The company is hiring for the position of Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant, offering a salary range of £23,500 to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
Candidates are not required to have prior recruitment experience as comprehensive training will be provided, making it suitable for both newcomers and those with some experience.
The role is office-based with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, and candidates must have a valid driving license.
Additional benefits include uncapped commission on placements, a company car and fuel card after a qualifying period, and 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays and an extra day for each full year worked up to five years.
Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, be IT-literate, and have a passion for customer service and relationship building.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 / 07:30 - 16:30 (rotating shifts)
Location: Office-based (must be able to drive ??)
Salary: £23,500 - £25,000 per annum (DOE)
