- Attend recruitment open days and client meetings, including minor travel to UK airports.
- Proven track record as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with success in selling permanent or temporary recruitment solutions.
- Experience generating leads, building candidate pipelines, and meeting financial targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience managing or mentoring a team is highly desirable.
