Our Client is a market leader in the Drainage industry and is looking for experienced Transport and Compliance Managers to join their team in the following locations

Slough (Berkshire), Chertsey (Surrey) and Harlow (Essex)

Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.00

Company Van supplied

Vehicle Maintenance:
Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for the transportation fleet.
Collaborate with in-house maintenance teams and external service providers to ensure timely and efficient repairs and inspections.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including schedules and associated costs.

Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast of UK transportation regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with local, national, and industry-specific laws.
Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Work closely with relevant authorities and agencies to address compliance issues and stay informed about updates.

Safety Protocols:
Implement and enforce robust safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure the well-being of our transportation personnel.
Provide comprehensive training to drivers and other staff on safety procedures and compliance requirements.
Investigate and promptly report any accidents or incidents, taking corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Working with Key Stakeholders:
Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
Engage with regulatory bodies, suppliers, and clients to address concerns, provide updates, and foster positive relationships.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and compliance activities.
Generate reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators related to maintenance and compliance.
