Are you an F&I Manager looking for a new challenge? An expanding bank, based in Slough, is looking for an Insurance and Value Added Product Manager. The role will involve product development, management of third party insurers / product owners and ensure profitability of all VAP's sold with, or separate to, a car finance deal.

The portfolio consists of insured and non-insured products, as well as car insurance. The Insurance and VAP Manager will liaise regularly with Compliance, Marketing and Sales to ensure all commercial opportunities are maximised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure products meet all consumer duty, FCA requirements and are of a high quality, providing value to consumers
  • Own and Manage the product portfolio of all VAP's sold through the business
  • Work closely within the Marketing team to ensure products are promoted centrally and within the retailer/dealership environment
  • Liaise with the Sales Teams to ensure opportunities are maximised and profitability targets are met
  • Work with the insurers, product providers and relevant third-parties to ensure contractual commitments are being met
  • Develop, in line with business requirements, new products
  • Design (in conjunction with IT) an insurance dashboard to report on overall performance and profitability by product
