Duties of the successful Category Manager will involve:
- Develop and nurture long standing supplier relationships and maximise shelf space within the category
- Supplier development, management & compliance
- Develop KPIs for the business unit fully aligned with Company Objectives
- Drive cash margin growth across the product portfolio – full P&L responsibility
- Working collaboratively with relevant departments to ensure seamless processes

Required experience & characteristics of the successful Category Manager
- At least 1 years’ experience working as a Category Manager within the FMCG/pharma manufacturing space or food growing / agricultural arena
- Live within commutable distance to Andover
- Driven, organised and enthusiastic
