Do you have experience of managing multiple static contracts?


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in managing multiple logistics contracts and ensuring operational excellence across the accounts.


As the main point of contact for our clients, you will work closely with the Operations Director, develop strong relationships with stakeholders, and lead teams to deliver exceptional performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, collaborate with managers and cross functional teams to optimise performance, and lead people management to motivate and develop staff.

Develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with the clients and stakeholders serving as the main point of contact.

Proactively identify new opportunities to expand client relationships and drive business growth.

Identify and proactively address challenges, seeking opportunities to improve processes and create strategic plans to achieve mutual benefits.

Track and monitor key performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and ensure contracts meet financial and operational targets.

Use client feedback to drive innovation and enhance service offerings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Regular travel is required to various site locations across London and Derby.



Required skills and experience:

Proven experience in account management, preferably in logistics or a related industry.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

Outstanding communication skills with experience in building long-lasting partnerships

Capable of prioritising and solving problems often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.

Experience in performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting to ensure contract success.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.

Full Uk driving licence and willingness for travel as part of this role.
