Senior Accounts Assistant

Marc Daniels is recruiting for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join a market leading company in Colnbrook

This is a fully office-based contract role (15 months)

Responsibilities:

• Timely posting and reconciliation of all bank accounts , cash sales and all credit card transaction
• Regular posting and reconciliation of petty cash balances and claims
• Managing key service maintenance contracts, billing and reconciliation
• Ensuring Credit card refunds are processed as per company procedure
• To record and ensure that the department is covered at all times during periods of Annual leave and Sick leave
• To Supervisor the members of the team and to be first point of contact for staff

Our ideal candidate will:

• Be able to work 5 days in the office in Colnbrook
• Minimum 2-3 years similar experience
• Ability to supervise a team
• Accurate with a strong attention to detail
• Able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
