About the Job
An integral role within a small finance team, assisting the Financial Controller in administrative and financial tasks, supporting the broader business with exceptional internal service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic organisation.
Duties will include :
- Managing customer and vendor master data across multiple ERP systems, ensuring audit compliance.
- Raising invoices, credit notes, and reconciling credit card expenses.
- Sending statements and invoices to customers and chasing outstanding debts.
- Investigating and resolving customer and vendor queries proactively.
- Conducting credit and sanctions searches for customers and suppliers.
- Assisting with payroll administration and month-end financial tasks.
- Supporting internal and external audit requirements.
