About the Job

An integral role within a small finance team, assisting the Financial Controller in administrative and financial tasks, supporting the broader business with exceptional internal service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic organisation.

Duties will include :

  • Managing customer and vendor master data across multiple ERP systems, ensuring audit compliance.
  • Raising invoices, credit notes, and reconciling credit card expenses.
  • Sending statements and invoices to customers and chasing outstanding debts.
  • Investigating and resolving customer and vendor queries proactively.
  • Conducting credit and sanctions searches for customers and suppliers.
  • Assisting with payroll administration and month-end financial tasks.
  • Supporting internal and external audit requirements.
