What the role entails: English Teacher

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons to secondary students across KS3 to KS5, ensuring every lesson is dynamic and enriching.
  • English Teachers should create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student feels supported to reach their full academic potential.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to different learning styles and encourage active student participation.
  • Collaborate closely with the English department to share best practices, innovate new teaching methods, and contribute to the school's outstanding exam results!
  • As an English Teacher you should motivate student progress, provide regular feedback, and tailor lessons to meet individual needs, ensuring all learners are challenged appropriately.
