Horizon Teachers are seeking a passionate and dynamic English Teacher to join an Outstanding school in Slough. You will be responsible for teaching English to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed English Teacher to contribute to students English Language and Literature skills.
This is a long-term position to start in January at one of our partnered secondary schools in Slough. This is a great opportunity for Early Careers Teacher to apply for! The school have excellent resources for ECT's including regular ECT time and a dedicated ECT mentor as well as regular training and support
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare effective lesson plans that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
