SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Salary:£28,000 + bonus
OTE:£40,000
Working Hours:Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
Location:Slough
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH KERRIDGE
Organised and energetic Administrator required for a high-volume Bodyshop.
As our clients Administrator, you will assist the Bodyshop Manager to manage the workshop to ensure a profitable & efficient site that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities of a Administrator
·Create invoices for all completed jobs
·Raise job cards as required and updating jobs on the system in an accurate and timely fashion.
·Review system status reports to ensure no job has missed being completed.
·update all information through Kerridge
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Administrator
·Excellent organisational skills
·Previous administration experience advantageous
·Good knowledge of IT Office software
·A keen eye for detail
