Nursery Manager

Network Healthcare are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent Nursery Manager to work in a small 30 place setting in Slough, Berkshire.

As the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the team with the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for all children. You will lead a team of enthusiastic staff, work closely with parents, and ensure the highest standards of care and learning are maintained.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing the Nursery team

- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

- Creating and implementing engaging educational programs

- Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff

- Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations

In order to be considered for this position you must have the following;

- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent

- Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best care possible
