I have an exciting opportunity for a Nursery Manager in Cippenham (Slough) - Immediate Start!
As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and environment for all children. You will lead a team of enthusiastic staff, work closely with parents, and ensure the highest standards of care and learning are maintained.
Key Responisbilities:
- Leading and managing the nursery team / Supporting the manager
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Creating and implementing engaging educational programs
- Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff
- Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best care possible
