About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the retail environment, leading your team to success. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Your role will include:

  • Leading and inspiring your team to deliver excellent performance and customer engagement
  • Providing coaching and mentorship to develop your team and drive individual growth
  • Maximising sales potential and profitability, while meeting and exceeding KPIs
  • Ensuring store presentation is in line with company visual merchandising standards
  • Overseeing product launches and seasonal changes
  • Promoting a culture of outstanding customer service
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador and representing the company's values and standards
