Compliance Support Administrator (Aviation Division)
Location: Colnbrook, Heathrow
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About Us: Logic 360 Group is an established and reputable company providing tailored workforce solutions to multiple sectors, including aviation, automotive, and logistics. We are seeking a diligent and motivated Compliance Support Administrator to join our Aviation Division.
This role is key to ensuring compliance across our operations while providing essential support to the wider business, including our teams in the UK and South Africa. The Role: As a Compliance Support Administrator, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our compliance processes, particularly in relation to airside referencing and candidate vetting. You will also support operations within the Aviation Division, ensuring that our recruitment processes run smoothly and in line with both legal and client requirements. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth within the company. Main Responsibilities:
- Compliance Administration: Manage pre-employment referencing, criminal record checks, and other compliance-related tasks in a timely manner, ensuring all legal and regulatory standards are met.
- Document Management: Accurately upload and maintain candidate documentation within our systems, ensuring all files are fully up to date.
- Candidate Communication: Liaise confidently with candidates via phone and email, verifying information and ensuring the completion of all required documentation.
- Collaboration with International Teams: Work closely with our back-office team in South Africa, providing support for their queries and assisting with ongoing training.
- GSAT Course Management: Administer GSAT training courses where applicable and ensure all candidates complete necessary compliance steps.
- Reporting: Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all compliance data is presented clearly and within required timeframes.
- File Verification: Review returned references, file notes, and compliance documentation, ensuring everything meets the company’s stringent standards.
- Issue Resolution: Handle any issues with candidates or referees professionally and efficiently, ensuring smooth resolution. Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within compliance or aviation sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in speaking to candidates both over the phone and in person.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in recruitment administration or airside referencing would be advantageous but is not essential. What We Offer:
