You will be working closely with students who require additional guidance and support to manage their emotions and behaviours effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with additional needs.
- Assist in implementing strategies to help students regulate their emotions and behaviour.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to create an inclusive, structured learning environment.
- Encourage students to develop independence, confidence, and positive coping mechanisms.
- Build trusting relationships with students, offering reassurance and guidance when needed.
