Are you passionate about supporting students and making a positive difference in their education? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant for a long-term role starting immediately in a secondary school in Slough.

As an LSA, you will play a pivotal role in assisting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they have the support required to thrive in the classroom. You will work closely with teachers to help deliver tailored learning strategies, supporting students' academic and personal development.

Your work will help create an inclusive learning environment, fostering confidence, engagement, and success for every student. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in education and a desire to contribute to the academic growth of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with their academic work, including assisting with learning difficulties, SEN needs, and behavioural challenges.
  • Help deliver tailored interventions and support plans for students who need additional help.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring every student feels supported and motivated to succeed.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure that students are progressing towards their learning goals.
