Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with their academic work, including assisting with learning difficulties, SEN needs, and behavioural challenges.
- Help deliver tailored interventions and support plans for students who need additional help.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring every student feels supported and motivated to succeed.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure that students are progressing towards their learning goals.
