Key Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload of employment matters.
Representing claimants in litigated and non-litigated cases.
Ensuring adherence to funding guidelines and deadlines.
Staffing the Advice Line and providing expert legal advice.
Contributing to the financial success of the firm through effective case management.
Who We Are Looking For
A qualified solicitor with a valid Practicing Certificate.
Strong academic background and employment litigation experience (NQ-3 years PQE).
A client-focused professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Someone with an eye for detail, strong time management, and a commitment to service excellence.
IT-savvy with experience using case management systems (preferred but not essential).
Desirable Skills
Experience with trade union work.
Familiarity with Digital Dictation (BigHand) and Tikit (Partners for Windows).
