Join a Local Authority in Slough to align data between NEC Housing and Jigsaw, ensuring accuracy and consistency in housing records.THE ROLEAs a Housing Data Reconciliation Officer, you will be responsible for aligning and reconciling data between NEC Housing and Jigsaw, supporting the accuracy of housing records and compliance with homelessness legislation.
  • Reconcile datasets to achieve a single, accurate version of housing data
  • Ensure data consistency between NEC Housing and Jigsaw systems
  • Identify discrepancies and implement solutions to align records
  • Work closely with the wider Housing Needs service to support data integrity
  • Apply knowledge of homelessness legislation, including prevention, relief, and TA placements (s.188, s.193)
  • Support reporting and data analysis for housing services
  • Attend the Slough office 2 days per week to collaborate with colleagues
THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in housing data reconciliation and knowledge of homelessness legislation.
  • Experience reconciling datasets to create a single source of truth
  • Strong understanding of NEC Housing and Jigsaw systems
  • Knowledge of homelessness legislation and framework
  • Ability to work collaboratively with housing teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
THE CONTRACTTemporary – 3 monthsThe pay range for the role is £23.00 to £25.00 per hour LTD company rate.
