Senior Neighbourhood Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Neighbourhood Officer to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality housing management services. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, a strategic approach to housing issues, and a passion for improving communities.

The position involves managing a designated patch of properties, ensuring excellent service delivery to residents through tenancy support, estate management, anti-social behaviour resolution, and maintenance coordination. Regular visits to the patch and its tenants are essential to maintain strong relationships and address local issues effectively. The role also requires close collaboration with partners, community groups, and other agencies to drive service improvements and ensure compliance with housing regulations and best practices.

A commitment to customer-focused service, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication skills are key to success in this role. Office attendance will be required two to three days a week, with working arrangements agreed upon with the line manager.
