What the role as Specialist Support Worker entails:
- You will be facilitating and providing specific interventions to aid in the children's learning
- You will facilitate a safe and secure environment for learning to take place

- You will keep track of their academic achievements
- Have a good understanding of the importance of safeguarding
Qualities you will need to be a great Specialist Support Worker:

- Experience working with children and especially children with SEN will be advantageous but not essential
