Role: Behaviour Support Worker
Salary: 83 - 95 per day
Contract: Long-Term Temporary with potential to become permanent
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them regulate their emotions, manage behaviour, and develop the skills needed to succeed both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with SEMH challenges, helping them navigate their emotions and behaviours.
- Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour effectively, maintaining a calm and positive approach.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a nurturing and structured learning environment.
- Act as a role model, encouraging resilience, confidence, and self-regulation in students.
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive school environment where every child feels valued.
No prior experience is required for this Behaviour Support Worker position, as full training and support will be provided. However, a positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed are essential qualities for this role.
