Contract: Long-Term Temporary with potential to become permanent
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work closely with students, helping them manage their emotions, regulate their behaviour, and build the skills necessary for success both in the classroom and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with SEMH challenges, helping them understand and manage their emotions and behaviours.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive, structured learning environment.
- Serve as a positive role model, promoting resilience, confidence, and emotional regulation in students.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive school environment where every student is valued and supported.
No prior experience is required for this Behaviour Support Worker role, as full training and support will be provided. However, a positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed are essential.
