Salary: 39,262 - 44,460 per annum inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance of 1,039

Local Weighting Allowance: 1,039
26 days annual leave (not including Bank Holidays), increasing to 30 days after 2 years and 33 days after 5 years of service

Key responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing support plans
Collaborating with multi-agency partners to provide holistic care
Managing a varied caseload and delivering interventions to support recovery
Ensuring safeguarding and promoting the rights and dignity of service users
About you:
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Experience in a mental health or related field
Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and relevant mental health legislation
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
