Senior Social worker- LAC- Up to £54,537
NonStop's client based in the Berkshire Area is seeking to appoint a social worker to join their Looked After Children team.

The Role: The service identifies the needs of the child or young person and refers them to the appropriate service to ensue that the child needs are met and that they are being assisted with these issues.
You will complete regular visits, assessments and care plans. You will need to develop close relationships with the children so that you can best understand and communicate the children's wishes and support them so they achieve their full potential.
The Requirements: To be considered for this post you should have a valid drivers license and be able to work in the UK. You would also need good communication and writing skills. Previous experience working with children ideally in a Looked After Children team.
