- Contract: Long-Term Temporary with potential for permanency
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

As a Therapy Support Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting children with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Working alongside experienced therapists and educators, you'll help implement tailored strategies to aid students in overcoming challenges and achieving their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with therapists to deliver personalised therapeutic support to students.
- Provide one-on-one and group assistance, helping children develop emotional regulation and social skills.
- Help manage challenging behaviours with a calm and proactive approach.
- Contribute to creating a safe, positive, and structured learning environment.
- Serve as a role model and mentor, promoting confidence, resilience, and self-esteem in students.
