Learning Support Assistant - Slough

Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a fast-paced, growing school? We are seeking a dedicated individual who is flexible, proactive, and eager to learn.

About the Role:
  • Supporting students with MLD, SLD, and complex needs.
  • Working across age groups from Nursery to Post-16, depending on your skills and best fit.
  • Providing personal care and managing challenging behaviour when needed.
  • Assisting students in classroom activities and off-site learning experiences.
Ideal Candidate:

? Background in SEN, care work, or psychology (degree not essential).? Strong behaviour management skills and ability to use initiative.? A child and adult DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).? Full-time availability and reliable commitment.? Training in medical needs, epilepsy, or Team Teach is a bonus but not essential!
