We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Support classroom activities and provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
