Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs?

We are hiring a Behaviour Mentor to join our team immediately at an inclusive SEN school in Slough.

Position: Behaviour MentorLocation: SloughPay: Up to £120per dayStart Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with emotional, social, and behavioural needs.
  • Develop tailored strategies to help students manage their behaviour and improve learning outcomes.
  • Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and families to ensure the success of behaviour plans.
  • Build strong relationships to motivate students and help them overcome challenges.
  • Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role within an educational setting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach when working with challenging behaviour.
  • Flexibility and teamwork skills to adapt strategies to meet individual needs.
