Role Overview: They are looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Primary Teacher to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting students with special educational needs and a proven track record of creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to support student development.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
