Academics LTD is working with a specialist school in Slough that provides therapy-based support to children aged 5 to 18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The school is seeking an empathetic and motivated SEN Specialist to join their dedicated team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside qualified SEN practitioners and psychologists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external professionals and psychologists to support students' progress.
- Offer tailored support to students with Autism and other complex needs.
- Help children reach their learning and development milestones through a personalised approach.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for working with children or a strong interest in Mental Health.
- Stay calm, adaptable, and resourceful when faced with challenges.

Whether you're a graduate or someone with a Level 3 qualification, this role will provide the skills and exposure needed to advance your career.
