Our client, based in the Surrey area is on the lookout for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their growing team. They are looking for a candidate who is brilliant with people and great at building up relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful sales team and become part of a growing business!
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Achieving agreed sales targets for new and or used vehicles.
- Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding customers expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.
- Handling all customer queries and complaints and ensuring they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements.
- Maintain and accurately record all customer contact/details using the companies dealer management system and other in-house systems.
- Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors.
Your background & skill:
- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive.
- Full driving licence.
- Excellent levels of professionalism and customer service.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Ability to up-sell products and features and able to negotiate and close a sale.
