We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives for flexible packaging. This is a crucial, high-impact role offering a unique opportunity to significantly contribute to a leading global food & nutrition company. Position Overview:
This role will manage a significant category spend, implementing strategies that focus on value creation, supply security, and sustainability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance, to deliver impactful results. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and delivering cost savings, efficiency improvements, and sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities Include:

Developing and executing sourcing strategies.

Managing the RFI/RFP/e-Auction process.

Conducting complex data analysis and financial modelling.

Negotiating with suppliers and managing relationships.

Leading change management initiatives.
Qualifications:

BSc/MSc in Business or related field.

Previous experience in procurement, specifically in flexible packaging sourcing.

Experience working within FMCG, Food manufacturing etc

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience with commodity markets and price mitigation strategies.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results.
