You will be responsible to support effective supply chain management through customer order management. You will communicate effectively both internally and externally to build relationships with customers and contribute to delivery of supply chain projects: investigate and resolve queries, maintain customer master data and sales conditions to ensure high levels of customer service is met.

Description

  • Order management of a portfolio of accounts from order receipt through to invoicing/dispatch.
  • Management of sales conditions in SAP based on input from sales: standard pricing and discounts for these customers.
  • Checking each order is correct from a pricing perspective before processing & checking correct stock has been ordered and is available.
  • Offering customer service to both external customers and internal departments.
  • Maintain relationship with sales teams to ensure orders are correct first time.
  • Investigating all enquiries received by telephone and email, including stock availability, delivery updates/problems, product information and pricing.
  • Contribute to Supply Chain Team KPI's, process improvements and cost saving projects (order efficiencies).

Profile

  • +5 years' experience working in Customer Supply Chain, Order Processing and/or similar.
  • Background in the FMCG Industry (Food and/or Non Food).
  • High proficiency in SAP and Excel is required.
  • Determination and drive to make things happen!
  • Stakeholder Management experience would be ideal.
