A well-established, manufacturing organisation based in Slough is currently looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join their team on permanent, full-time basis.As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimising supply chain processes and driving operational excellence.In addition, you will:

Coordinate and optimise logistics processes with 3PL partners
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand as well as ensure proper documentation for all materials
Analyse bookings, material availability and production schedules
Handle claims and queries, escalating issues as needed
Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders on daily operational issues

This role is likely to suit a supply chain operations professional with experience preferably in a manufacturing company. In addition, you will possess excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge, be data driven, well organised and able to deal with global suppliers.
