About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Sustainability Performance & Reporting Manager to join our client's team (FTSE 100) on a maternity cover basis till Jan 2026. This role involves supporting the preparation of sustainability disclosures and assisting with various reporting requirements.Key Responsibilities:

  • EU Taxonomy Reporting: Assist in managing EU Taxonomy reporting preparations and monitoring progress.
  • CSRD Preparations: Support CSRD preparations
  • ESG Assurance: Help manage the ESG assurance process and provide data for assurance on select KPIs.
  • ESG Ratings and Benchmarks: Support responses to ESG ratings and benchmarks like CDP, Sustainalytics, and MSCI.

Professional Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience in sustainability, ESG, and non-financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with reporting frameworks (CDP, GRI, MSCI) and the wider reporting landscape (EU Taxonomy, CSRD).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Personal Attributes:

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail. Expertise in Managing and Analysing Sustainability Data:
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into understandable tasks.
  • Confidence in making recommendations and dealing with challenges.
  • Persistence and determination in tracking work through to completion.
