The Maintenance Manager will be required to:
- Oversee and manage maintenance contracts for gyms, restaurants, and supermarkets.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the day-to-day maintenance tasks and works schedules.
- Liaise with clients, maintaining excellent relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Manage a small team of engineers, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard
- Quote for works and ensure projects are delivered within the agreed budget and timeframe
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring maximum profitability
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, ideally within facilities management (FM) contracts.
- Experience in managing budgets, scheduling, and overseeing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills
- Full driving licence
The sucessful Maintenance Manager will receive:
