Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor

Salary: £38,000
£48,000 ++ as the bonus scheme is uncapped and you can earn much more
Our client, the best motor trade employer in the UK, is looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Estimator to join their Bodyshop Facility in Slough.
- You will estimate the cost of vehicle damage.
- Invoice for repairs and liaise with insurance engineers and suppliers.
- Work closely with the Bodyshop Manager and Workshop Controller and ensure that customer care always comes first.
Our client offers a variety of flexible work patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About You
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Estimator is essential, along with Audatex accreditation but this is NOT essential as training/accreditation will be provided
- Experience in a similar Bodyshop environment is beneficial as we are looking for an individual who has the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- They're looking for someone who has fantastic organisational skills and someone that can plan work efficiently, as you will ensure that assigned jobs are completed within estimated times.

Working hours/days:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm (45 hrs per week)
Salary:
£36,000 basic
£48,000 ++ as the bonus scheme is uncapped and you can earn much more
