Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a driven and self-motivated Logistics Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient logistics operations, contributing to the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations, including shipping and delivery, meet quality and safety standards.
- Manage all shipping and transport documentation, streamlining processes where possible.
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate with Operations and Sales teams to identify opportunities for early shipments or to inform clients of potential delays.
- Assist in the warehouse with picking and packing duties as required.
Person Specification:
- Experience working in a logistics or warehousing environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and solving problems under pressure.
- Capability to think on one's feet and work under pressure.
- Process-driven, structured, yet creative with the ability to think outside the box when necessary.
